Creative Access Subscription – Terms & Policies

1. Subscription & Billing
This is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance. Subscription fees are due on the same day each month based on the original signup date. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Subscribers must enroll for a minimum commitment period of three (3) months. Early cancellation during the minimum term does not relieve the Client of payment obligations for the remainder of the commitment period.

2. Sessions & Deliverables

Sessions may include event coverage, studio sessions, or behind-the-scenes content, as scheduled and approved by Parker Film House.
Each photo session includes a minimum of six (6) edited images.
Digital galleries will be delivered within seventy-two (72) hours following the session.
Video add-ons include up to three (3) minutes of edited footage, professional color grading, and audio mixing in post-production.

3. Scheduling & Availability
All sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. Priority scheduling is given to active subscribers. Same-day or last-minute requests may incur additional fees.

4. Rollover Policy
Unused sessions will roll over to the next billing month for active subscribers. Rolled-over sessions must be used within three (3) months of accrual unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions are forfeited upon cancellation of the subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy
After the initial three (3) month commitment, subscribers may cancel with at least 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partially used or unused subscription periods.

If a scheduled session is canceled by the Client within 24 hours of the session time, the session will be considered used. Parker Film House reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Usage Rights & Licensing
Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use delivered photos and videos for personal and commercial promotion, including social media, websites, press kits, and marketing materials.

Parker Film House retains copyright ownership of all content and may use footage and images for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Additional Fees

Additional event coverage: $100 per event
Video add-on: $200 per session
Travel outside the Austin metro area may incur additional charges
Special edits, extended videos, or expedited delivery may be billed separately

8. Limitation of Liability
Parker Film House is not responsible for missed moments due to late arrivals, restricted access, venue limitations, or acts beyond reasonable control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session.
