Meet Justin!

Hello I’m Justin Parker, the founder and owner of Parker Film House! I’m originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. I’ve also had a passion for film from the first time I picked up a phone or a camera. I was always the family photographer and was a camera operator at church where we would turn in the tapes to COX Cable to air on TV every Sunday. In 2013, I moved to Texas where I spent the rest of my childhood and in high school I played football and was the sports editor for our yearbook.

After high school, I joined the United States Navy and served as a Public Affairs Officer onboard the USS Constitution in Boston, MA and Naval Station Newport in Rhode Island. While in Boston, I covered high-profile events such as Boston Celtics games, New England Patriots games, Boston Red Sox games, underways, and City of Boston parades to name a few. After leaving the Navy, I went back to school to dive deeper into my passion for film. Most recently, I worked Super Bowl LIX in my hometown of New Orleans and had the incredible opportunity to perform in the Apple Music Halftime Show alongside Kendrick Lamar and SZA. Additionally, I recently worked on a show now on A&E Network called “The Mother Flip”.

In 2024, I founded Parker Film House with hopes to bring video production services to Austin as I have a deep commitment to storytelling and visual excellence. The videos we produce at Parker Film House are aimed to bring stories to life and creating a cinematic memory that will last forever.
